- Implement an 'Always-On' Training Approach: Develop a scalable and modular approach to onboarding that enables ongoing access to learning materials and provides structure for how and when resources should be utilized.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of onboarding programs with strategic goals.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, provide regular reporting on progress, and adjust programs as needed to drive better outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback from sales representatives and managers to refine new hire programs and processes, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.
- Team Engagement: Consistently share wins, learnings and best practices with Sales Enablement team members to drive scalability of content and growth of overall team performance and fulfill team commitments to the business.
We're excited about you because...

- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering Sales Enablement onboarding programs that drive measurable improvements in performance.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Chorus, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to track the effectiveness of enablement efforts and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
