About the Team
The Access Governance Team within DoorDash's Governance, Risk & Compliance organization is focused on providing advisory, consulting and governance services to develop a well-managed Access Management environment. This team will partner cross-functionally to help DoorDash achieve compliance and security goals. About the Role
We're hiring a GRC Sr. Access Governance Analyst, who will help develop and achieve a robust agenda to strengthen DoorDash's Identity & Access Management risk posture and reduce our risk footprint. You will partner with multiple teams to help our company achieve compliance and security goals by managing User & Application Lifecycle Controls, implementing processes and structure, providing education to partners and looking for creative ways to change the status quo.
You will report to the Manager of Access Governance on our Governance, Risk & Compliance Team in our Security Engineering organization.

- Demonstrate and apply a strong knowledge of key Identity & Access Management principles and practices
- Collaborate and partner with teams to advise on and guide a comprehensive Identity & Access Management Governance agenda towards a destination state
- Partner with Engineering, Security & IT to develop standards, metrics and guidance for a variety of topics, such as Role-Based Access, Privileged Access Management, Least-Privileged Access and more
- Manage Application & User Access Governance processes, including Roles, Role Memberships, Separation of Duties Requirements and Lifecycle Workflows
- Oversee a portfolio of Access Management Controls, including User Access Reviews, to ensure coverage of risk, execution and prompt issue remediation, while also identifying opportunities to enhance the control landscape
- Thoughtfully interpret policies, standards and procedures to assess compliance with defined security standards (e.g. Information Security Standard, etc.)
- Create process documentation, workflows and process maps
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to reduce Access Management risk, and develop creative solutions to introduce automation
We’re excited about you because…
- You are a senior level Individual Contributor (IC) with at least 5+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lifecycle and Governance processes (e.g. Privileged Access Management (PAM), Role-Based Access (RBAC), Service Account Management, Secrets Management)
- You have 3+ years of experience working within Identity & Access Management Platforms (e.g. Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt)
- You have been exposed to regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX, SOC 2, ISO, NIST, PCI DSS) and understand how they apply to Identity & Access Management controls and processes
- You're great at understanding how complex ecosystems work and what security risks apply to a variety of applications/data
- You are great at solving complex, systemic issues
- You're a great storyteller and can easily translate our business requirements into technical solutions
- You know how to optimize processes, while designing for scale

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
