DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps. 

About the Role

We're looking for a Strategic Initiatives Specialist who is excited to help build DashMart, DoorDash's first party grocery and convenience store. The Strategic Initiatives Specialist will support one or more key strategic initiatives for DashMart category management, including but not limited to Flowers & Gifts category optimization and expansion, 1P virtual storefronts, broader Mx partnerships. The Strategic Initiatives Specialist will help drive the growth strategy for DashMart’s strategic bets, from analyzing performance on current initiatives to recommending action based on data. The Strategic Initiatives Specialist will be a member of the broader category management org and collaborate closely with multiple cross functional partners including; vendor management, menu team, supply chain and warehousing as a service (WaaS)

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
