DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps. 

About the Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor who is excited to manage the daily operations of a large supply chain team that procures inventory for all of our warehouses. The Supply Chain Supervisor is experienced and collaborative who is excited to guide operational improvements within our inventory organization. You will help scale our supply chain, analyzing our efficiency, driving improvements, and optimizing costs - all while prioritizing vendor relationships. Your expected to manage 8-10 Supply Chain Specialists, own all aspects of people management from training to performance management.

  • Oversee Supply Chain Specialists and Associates with daily and project-based activities
  • Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results for the team to meet our needs
  • Hire and train members of the team while promoting and creating an excellent supply chain operation
  • Work with other teams (Assortment, Product, Local Operations, and Inventory) to support process and product changes that improve the Supply Chain organization
  • Implement new projects to lower costs and improve gross margin, including shipping optimization, reimbursement optimization and labor productivity improvements

We're excited about you because...

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement operations
  • 1 or more years of people management experience
  • Excellent Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and be will learn SQL
  • Experience leading projects, working and succeeding in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree required

Base Pay Range: $84894 - $135125 / year + equity

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $86,000 - $112,000, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
