DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps.
About the Role
We're looking to hire an In-Stock Specialist who will place orders from various suppliers to ensure we get the products customers want into our facilities. This position will be on-site, dedicated to improving in-stock rates through both buying and improving operational process improvement on site.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Place daily / weekly orders for all non core vendors (local, produce & fresh items)
- Manage micro-fulfillment for oos items daily
- Follow ups with local vendor contacts for issues with every order
- Assist with vendor onboarding for new vendors
- Manage count process on site / ensure quick re-activations
- Daily inspections for quality / expirations
- Manage inventory levers for core vendors
We’re excited about you because…
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have strong ownership mentality
- Must have proficiency with spreadsheets
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Buying or Supply Chain preferred
Base Pay Range: $21 - $25 / hour
