DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers’ doorsteps. 

About the Role

We’re looking to hire a Supply Chain Launch Inventory Manager who will lead the people and process function for new site launches within the Supply Chain organization at Dashmart. You will work closely with the broader Supply Chain, Launch, Real Estate, Category Mgmt, Inventory Strategy, Vendor Management and other cross-functional teams to help ensure that we are actively prioritizing the work that will help us become more efficient as we grow and scale the organization.

The Manager will report to the Supply Chain Manager on our Inventory & Supply Chain team in our DashMart organization.

  • Build. You’ll develop tools and processes to enhance DashMart’s Buying function and enable better business outcomes including profitability, inventory management, and efficiency and scalability.
  • Test. You’ll partner with the broader team to pilot and test new processes and technology.
  • Strategize. You’ll design the future state of DashMart purchasing.
  • Collaborate. You’ll work fluidly between product, operations, and finance/accounting.

  • You have 6-8 years of experience. You've succeeded in high-performance cultures (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience).
  • You know how to lead a team and empower them to do their best work.
  • You're analytical. You let data win arguments, and you're comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
  • You have a proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $136,935 - $185,265, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
