About the Team

Our LGOps team was created to provide the best quality and operational support as we become the preferred e-commerce partner for local grocery merchants (SMB), increasing our footprint throughout the country and improving the top quality metrics.

About the Role

You'll be a regionally-based manager leading the [Region] hub focusing on supporting the expansion, growth and ongoing operations of our local grocery partners in [Region] and the adjacent region. You will lead a team of Local Grocery Operations Partners and Specialists who meet at the intersection of conducting deep dive analyses based on data and implementing operational solutions on the ground based on these analyses. As we grow, we will build efficient and scalable processes to create a best-in-class operation. You will report into the Senior Manager of Field Operations on our Grocery Operations team in our New Business Verticals organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office/in the field and some time remote.

  • You have a college degree. (A graduate degree is nice to have)
  • You're analytical. You let data win arguments, and you're comfortable using excel and have a willingness to learn SQL.
  • You have the operational chops to develop processes and SOPs.
  • You're self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
  • You're organized and proficient in G Suite and MS office.
  • Able to travel within your designated city or region up to 30% of the time.
