About the Role

We’re looking for a proficient project manager to support the day-to-day needs of our brand

marketing initiatives. This role is the cog in the wheel that will keep all of our projects moving efficiently, on time, and on scope. As a project manager on the brand marketing team, you will report into the Sr Manager, Merchant Brand Marketing and support the Sr Manager Production on the execution of all merchant-facing initiatives. You will partner with our internal teams and external agencies to manage complex creative projects executionally from end to end. You will work a flexible schedule with some time remote and some time in-office. You will go into our Toronto office at least once a quarter for in-person Brand Team offsites. 

You're excited about this opportunity because...

  • Manage the creative production process for all merchant-facing initiatives - including building project workbacks, managing internal briefing intake process and communication, running daily/weekly cross-functional project syncs, and ensuring all aspects of campaign execution are completed efficiently, on-time, and in scope
  • Manage the creative execution for merchant-facing initiatives coordinating Mx assets and managing work reviews, feedback consolidation and approvals
  • Proofreading, coordinating legal approvals, design consistency adhering to Vis ID & brand guidelines, and QA across all assets
  • Trafficking all campaign assets and confirming live
  • Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality with the support of the Sr Manager, Merchant Brand Marketing 
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact with creative agency account management partners and project management teams for execution
  • Build strong, open and collaborative relationships with internal and external cross-functional partners to allow for efficient execution in a fast-pace high intensity environment 
  • Establish effective communication processes and tools with internal stakeholders, creative team and external agencies to ensure smooth delivery and execution of projects  
  • Contribute to a positive environment that fosters remarkable creativity through excellent processes 
  • Manage the Merchant project files and assets library
  • Ability to flex across ad hoc projects on other audience projects (i.e. Consumer and Dasher)
  • Apply 1% better learnings from past projects to current workstreams and facilitate 1% better reviews post projects to promote continuous learning and improvements

  • You’re an amazing project manager who is ready to expand their skill set and tackle big challengesYou have 4+ years of creative project management experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • You have a clear understanding of the creative development and production processes across a variety of mediums, including OOH, digital and social assets
  • You have experience with creative QA and trafficking assets to both traditional and digital media agencies 
  • You are a self-starter mindset, with the ability to handle a large workload with minimal oversight
  • You have excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • You possess incredible organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You are proactive, always problem-solving with the ability to be one step ahead
  • You have experience with project management software and tools
