The Ads & Promotions team's mission is to make DoorDash the best place for businesses to market their brand to local customers. As one of the newest and fastest growing teams within DoorDash, we work within a complex ecosystem, balancing the needs of merchants, advertisers, and consumers. We’re realizing DoorDash’s mission of empowering local businesses everywhere by helping them reach customers. In parallel, we enable consumers to find more of what they love and make shopping more affordable for everyone.

About the Role

As a Staff Product Designer on the Merchant Marketing team, you’ll lead the end-to-end Ads & Promotions campaign management experience for CPG brands on DoorDash.

You’ll work with a tight-knit cross-functional team to envision how we enable CPG brands to find the right tools for their needs through intelligent recommendations, no matter what stage their business is in. You’ll also drive the strategy on how we demonstrate the value of marketing on DoorDash, and make activating a campaign a breeze for new and returning users alike. You’ll define the future of an advertising platform that connects local businesses to 20+ million Consumers on DoorDash.

This role can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City and will report into the Design Manager for Ads & Promotions. This is a hybrid role, with some time in-office and some time remote.

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below.  Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.  For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.  Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
