About the Team

DoorDash is building innovative kitchen formats that cater to the on-demand economy. These kitchens are tailored to off-premise (delivery, catering, pick-up, etc) with a minimum storefront. DoorDash Kitchens enable Merchants to expand their geographic footprint and give customers instant access to exciting new restaurants that were previously too far away. 

About the Role

The GM of DoorDash Kitchens will be a critical member of the leadership team for DoorDash’s New Restaurant Models group. You will hold P&L responsibility, set the strategic direction, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the DoorDash Kitchens strategy & operations team and business. In this role you will report to our Senior Director, New Restaurant Models.

  • You’ve led business units that depend on cross-functional partnership to win, including sales, product, marketing, and analytics. 
  • You’ve built world class teams and you’ve coached leaders to help them hit their goals and operate their business units. You’re a trusted mentor and advisor.
  • You are willing to travel 5-10 times per-year

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $180,000 - $270,000, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
