The People Ops Team is responsible for continuously raising the bar of operational and organizational excellence, and works with teams across the Merchant Services Organization to ensure it is met. We are a team of architects, and enablers that cultivate systems and structures to build inclusive and diverse teams, with equitable practices in place, and help deploy new systems and structures within teams that improve productivity and efficiency, expand team scope, and that increase employee engagement, retention. About the Role
As a Project Supervisor on the Team Design & Development team, you’ll assist the Project Manager and work with one to four teams per quarter to ensure our bar of operational excellence is met. You’ll evaluate and audit team processes, structures, and systems, and work with people leadership to create a roadmap for improvements and efficiency gains. You’ll design and implement new team structures, processes, and tooling to improve productivity and output, and help leaders drive up metrics, and increase team output.
This role is for someone who is passionate about people, obsesses about operational details, and cares deeply about the employee experience. You will report into the Project Manager of Team Design & Development, under the People Ops Department, in our Merchant Operations Organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.
