About the Team
The New Restaurant Models team offers restaurants incremental revenue opportunities to grow their business via delivery-only brands. Our goal is to enable customers to easily access new popular brands and restaurants to quickly activate simple to execute and profitable secondary brands.
About the Role
We are looking for a Manager to lead our operational and go-to-market strategy for delivery-only brands. This is an exciting opportunity to build from the ground up and define an early stage business. You will be a member of the New Restaurant Models team and work closely with our Product, POS, Sales, Supply Chain and Culinary Strategy teams as well as our restaurant partners to launch and scale delivery-only brands.
You enjoy building stuff -- you will be a foundational leader on the team who will define how we grow this business model.
You will be the glue across several cross-functional teams and drive the go-to-market plan with an eye towards scalability. You will work with restaurants and build key processes to make us more effective and a better partner to them.
You will report to the Director of Growth Operations for New Restaurant Models in our New Verticals - Strategy & Operations organization. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office, in a restaurant, and some time remote.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Collaborate. Engage with internal stakeholders and restaurants to build new processes and align them on a plan.
- Strategize. Define the go to market strategy and operational frameworks in partnership with Product, POS, Sales, Supply Chain, and Culinary Strategy teams.
- Execute. Roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to bring your plans to life.
- Analyze. Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data and past learnings.
We’re excited about you because…
- Have 5+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking. High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
- You are a strong operator. You know how to put the pieces together and execute projects efficiently and flawlessly.
- You’re analytical. You let data and analysis guide your decisions, and you’re familiar with pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
- You’re relentless. You are focused on results. No job is beneath you.
- You are a strong communicator. Both written and verbal.
