About the Team

In a new era of hybrid work models and permanently distributed teams, DoorDash for Work is uniquely positioned to deliver solutions for the modern workforce. The Work team is building a best-in-class procurement platform to power more than just meal solutions for the Fortune 1000. Our goal is to use meals as a beachhead into the Enterprise and capture more spend over time across a wide variety of categories. 

In 2022, we’re launching a self-serve product to continue SMB customer growth and build the pipeline of companies using our platform. Simultaneously, we’re pivoting the focus of our go-to-market teams towards the Enterprise. We’ll iterate on our Sales & Marketing strategy to drive adoption of the Work platform within the Fortune 1000. Lastly, as DoorDash’s Marketplace expands into new verticals, our team will experiment with corporate solutions within these categories to identify the next big bet for DoorDash for Work.

About the Role

The Strategy & Ops Associate Manager will own all things related to product strategy and growth. From product prioritization to GTM planning and launch execution, you will help set strategy on what investments we need to make to achieve our product goals. This role is perfect for an analytical, hypothesis-driven leader who is excited to transform a business that is already operating at scale. 

You will sit on our Strategy & Ops team within the Drive organization, and report to the Senior Manager of DoorDash for Work.

  • Develop & use a holistic view of the product roadmap and GTM process to determine what short- and long-term investments we should make in order to achieve our north star goals
  • Own & evolve our product strategy to maximize the revenue growth & customer retention
  • Lead efforts to rapidly test, iterate, and collect feedback on products from our customers 
  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Marketing, Sales & Success to build customer feedback loops that drive our product strategy

  • You are a relationship builder. You are able to effectively communicate, manage expectations & generate buy-in across a wide range of functional stakeholders
  • You have 4-6  years of experience in strategy, product operations, product growth strategy, or growth strategy in the technology industry. B2B2C and SaaS experience are a plus
