The DoubleDash team is a tight knit, data-driven, strategic operations team. We are building a platform that consumers, merchants, and dashers will love. We are consumer-obsessed and work highly cross-functionally with our product and engineering counterparts, executing both quickly and thoughtfully. 

About the Role

You will own the growth trajectory for DoubleDash. You will report into our DoubleDash Director on our DoubleDash operations team in our New Business Verticals organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and sometimes remote.

  • Build. You’ll have your fingerprints all over DoubleDash.  This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
  • Strategize. From first principles, you’ll develop the optimal strategy for best serving our customers.
  • Analyze. You’ll assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data. 
  • Lead. You’ll hire and develop a high-performing team across DoubleDash.
  • Collaborate. You’ll work with a cross-functional team, including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build this platform for DoorDash.

The base salary range in New York City for this position is $170,000 - $215,000, plus opportunities for equity. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
