About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on builder and strategic thinker to lead our local assortment team for DashMart, DoorDash’s first party chain of dark grocery stores. As our local partnerships manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding and structuring partnerships with beloved local merchants and CPGs. This role will report into a Sr Manager within our DashMart merchandising team.

About the Role

We're looking for Senior Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager level candidates to help build DoorDash's next billion dollar business, DashMart, DoorDash's first party grocery and convenience store. As a category management team member, you will develop the strategic assortment within your category and work with multiple internal partners to meet your category top and bottom-line targets. These roles will report into a Sr Manager within our New Business Verticals organization.

  • You love data: You let data win arguments, and you're comfortable pulling your data in SQL or modeling in Excel (can perform complex functions).
  • You refine process: You have a talent for summarizing complex problems and can translate high-level goals into relevant plans
  • You're unafraid of undefined processes. You are passionate about defining and carving out scope and processes for you and your team.
  • You have completed a BA/BS degree

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $152,150 - $205,850, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
