About the Team

Our mission on the Work Pre Sale Team is to establish partnerships with small to medium enterprise companies, servicing all corporate meal ordering use cases and employee meal perks & benefits. 

The Enterprise Pre Sale team sits within the Enterprise Pre Sale organization and is focused on executing this mission via the acquisition of small to medium enterprise customers. The team's North Star is underscored by the DoorDash value of “customer obsessed, not competitor focused” to ensure our customers’ enduring satisfaction with our products and services. 

Enterprise Account Executives within the Work business is a fantastic stomping ground for individuals who are seasoned experts in managing full sales cycles. It is a team of builders, strategic thinkers, collaborators, and those with a proven bias for action. As a member of this team you will be able to hone your craft, and play a key role in building the foundation of the Work business for many years to come.

U.S. businesses spend over $20 billion annually on meals, making DoorDash a compelling solution given our deep merchant partnerships, wide restaurant selection, and strong operations.

As a Corporate, Enterprise Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to join one of our newest verticals on the ground floor, while still being able to use the expertise of our larger sales organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Manage a consultative, data driven sales process to sell the suite of DoorDash for Work services
  • Work cross functionally to build complex customized solutions
  • Manage 3 - 12+ month sales cycles across multiple decision makers and levels of seniority
  • Lead demonstrations (remote and in person when we return to the office) to show prospects the capabilities of the product and the best way to utilize our platform
  • Help build the playbook for the DoorDash for Work Enterprise Sales org

  • You leverage data and insights to inform recommendations based on business objectives
  • Track record of being a top performing hunter
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity - things change quickly since we’re building a new vertical within DoorDash and you’ll need to be able to keep up!
  • Ability to pitch to various stakeholders and win deals by leaning in with champions
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners to come up with one-off solutions required to get large deals across the finish line
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS, and at least 1+ year of selling into the Mid-Market or ENT space
