About the Team

This is an exciting opportunity to help pioneer a new team in Inside Post Sale supporting New Verticals (non-restaurant). Starting from scratch, you’ll work cross functionally with Merchant Experience / Non-Rx S&O, Support, Product, SalesOps, Inside Post Sale leadership and much more to build the foundation, blueprints and playbooks to take us from 0 to 1 and then 1 to 10 (help us scale!). 

About the Role

Much what you’ll do is to be determined as you’ll be trailblazing this path. You can expect to work very cross functionally, interact with New Verticals Merchants on an ongoing basis, and build plans that will ladder into an overall operating model for post sale success support of this segment of the business.

  • Help forge the path forward to build a new component of Inside Post Sale supporting non-Rx Mx
  • Work with businesses to establish critical goals and key performance indicators for their business.
  • Communicate with merchants via phone and email on an ongoing basis to monitor and support progress toward their business objectives.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews that highlights key wins and opportunity areas.
  • Mitigate instances of churn, while identifying and supporting new store expansions. 
  • Advocate internally for how to best solve your merchant’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal growth teams to identify the best opportunities for merchants in your book of business to expand their sales.
