DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers’ doorsteps.
About the Role
We’re looking to hire a Vendor Sourcing Specialist who will lead new regional vendor sourcing for strategic product types. The Specialist will work closely with internal supply chain, inventory, and assortment team partners to support the business by identifying new vendor opportunities, onboarding vendors, managing new vendor performance, and supporting vendor-facing workflows such as forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Source strategic product by identifying and onboarding new vendor opportunities, including regional vendors and distributors
- Analyze vendor performance and work with vendors to improve defects
- Collaborate with category teams to understand new product types’ procurement needs
- Build relationships with onboarding vendors and serve as a point of contact for issues and opportunities that may arise
About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have strong ownership mentality
- Must have proficiency with spreadsheets
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Buying or Supply Chain preferred

Base Pay Range: $17 - $26 / hour
