About the Team

DoorDash Kitchens offers Merchants the opportunity to be in a shared food hall in specific cities as well as a portfolio of high-demand and simple-to-execute brands to grow their business. Customers get instant access to exciting and new restaurants that were previously too far away.

About the Role

In this role you will lead our launch and growth strategy for DoorDash Kitchens. You will be a member of the DoorDash Kitchens team and will partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and our restaurant partners to launch and scale DoorDash Kitchens.

You will test, analyze, and iterate with the eventual goal of building the DoorDash Kitchens growth playbook. You will work with external clients and internal cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, merchandising, product) to design and execute growth initiatives.  

You enjoy building stuff -- you will develop our Kitchens growth playbook and lay the foundation for how DoorDash Kitchens supports our restaurant partners’ success.

You will report to the Director of Growth for DoorDash Kitchens in our New Verticals - Strategy & Operations organization. Once our offices re-open, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office, in the Kitchen, and some time remote.

  • Collaborate. Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to get buy-in and support on your proposals.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking. High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
  • You are a strong operator. You know how to put the pieces together and execute projects efficiently and flawlessly. 
  • You’re analytical. You let data and analysis guide your decisions, and you’re familiar with pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
  • You’re relentless. You are focused on results. No job is beneath you.
  • You are a strong communicator. Both written and verbal.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $136,935 to $185,265, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
