DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help grow the DashPass subscription business. We are looking for someone to join our team who can produce insights, conceptualize and test new products, and implement experiences that have the potential to reach millions of people around the world. DashPass is one of DoorDash's fastest growing & largest products, meaning you'll affect our company at large.
About the Role
Strategy & Operations Associates help oversee the strategic development of our business. On a typical day, you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments to improve company growth, dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail, build tools that allow teams to grow their work, and make sure we never stop learning & building. You will report to the DashPass Strategy & Operations team.
Our best Strategy and Operations Associates are motivated, analytical, scrappy, and creative team players. They're generalists who are willing to get to the lowest level of detail to make the business successful.

- Experiment – Use data to make business cases and run tests on everything from new benefits to promotions to pricing

- Influence – Partner with many teams like; New Verticals, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing to create strategic plans and harness opportunities
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 2+ years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, operations or related; high-growth or subscription business experience is a bonus
- You are experienced in SQL and very comfortable working with data
- You enjoy solving different types of problems, and like thinking outside of the box
- You are scrappy and can change course when you learn new information
- You have an ownership mentality and experience leading projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
