About the Role

The Caviar Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketer to grow our brand in key strategic markets. This role will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating Caviar’s marketing strategy at a hyper-local level. This marketer will partner with internal cross functional teams to drive execution of impactful campaigns that will drive awareness and perception of the Caviar brand, grow our customer base and support our local merchant partners.

  • Develop strategic marketing strategies and lead go-to-market plans in key local markets
  • Work collaboratively with Caviar creative team to produce impactful, hyper-local campaigns that generate buzz and growth for Caviar
  • Leverage learnings to create a playbook for how to grow the brand at a local level
  • Evaluate and drive local market sponsorship activations 
  • Analyze, measure and report the impact of marketing efforts  to cross functional teams. 
  • Manage the local marketing budget, adhering to KPIs

We’re excited about you because you…

  • Have 5-7+ years of related consumer marketing experience and a track record of leading impactful campaigns (B2B experience is a plus but not required)
  • Possess a bias for action and are a strong individual contributor who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Are a creative thinker who can ideate big, but strong in execution to get the work done
  • Are organized and process oriented, know how to scale and able to adjust and make decisions on-the-fly
  • Have an interest in the food space and are passionate about Caviar and DoorDash’s mission
  • You have a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
