DoorDash is looking for a Manager to manage Enterprise merchant launches across all verticals and geographies. You’ll build and own the strategic framework and end-to-end execution for these merchant launches, working cross-functionally across our sales, partner management, operations, services, product, and analytics teams.

Our Enterprise Partnerships team is responsible for the acquisition, strategic vision, launch, account management and development of our largest revenue driving partnerships. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate. In this role, you will work across the sales, account management, and enablement arms of the team to manage and execute our largest merchant launches from initial launch strategy planning through activation of all stores on the DoorDash platform. This will include building and executing go-to-market playbooks and launch strategies and influencing the product roadmap based on the needs of our top partners. 

This work is truly 0-1 with the added benefit of being able to leverage best practices from previous merchant launches. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end launch planning, help to build our launch playbook, drive new initiatives, and align key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and more. You will implement a structured and efficient approach to international launches at the global level. The position will require relentless prioritization and data-driven decision-making to inform our launch strategy for new merchants.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for developing the strategy and execution of Enterprise merchant launches
  • Collaborate with our MxServices and Strategy & Operations teams on the creation of net new stores and launch strategies
  • Test new cross functional initiatives by building, testing and scaling innovative solutions to drive efficiency and scale
  • Drive strategic decision making in a fast paced constantly changing environment
  • Analyze the benefits and trade-offs, balancing speed to execution with quality and long-term business impact
  • Optimize existing launch processes and methodologies to continuously improve, automate and scale
  • Manage cross-functional projects with our sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations and finance teams to solve challenging business problems at scale

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in in finance/management consulting, business operations, growth marketing / marketing analytics, business analyst
  • Prior supply chain or launch experience a plus
  • Proven track record of leading revenue-driving initiatives and teams, working cross-functionally, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Ability to project manage across multiple workstreams and influence cross-functional partners at all levels within an organization
  • Able to manipulate large data sets, uncover hidden insights in our data, and meaningfully improve our understanding of our business through this process  
  • Excellent analytical abilities and comfort with P&L mechanics/ROI analyses
  • Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills
