About the Team

DoorDash Drive is our company’s hyper-growth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers and retailers in several countries and Storefront is our new online ordering product enabling easy access to ecommerce for our merchant partners. The Senior Associate, Storefront Non-Rx will help steer the company’s effort to build capabilities that unlock new fulfillment opportunities for Drive by tailoring the offering to work for grocers, non-profit organization, liquor & convenience stores.

The last-mile delivery market is projected to expand rapidly in the next five years, and DoorDash is making meaningful strides to become a leader in this sector.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to help launch and scale our Storefront offering by modifying our existing restaurant product to serve other business models. This role reports directly to the Director, Storefront Non-Restaurant and will work with product, sales, operations, business developments, as well as merchant partners to help scale this offering within our Drive - New Verticals organization.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help scale our Storefront Non-Restaurant business helping to define product and Go-To-Market strategy before running a function or merchant segment. 

  • Strategize. Steer research efforts into the financial and operational levers of online ordering solutions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build. Execute product testing and roll-outs on the ground with merchant partners.
  • Lead and collaborate. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Support Ops and Account Managers to drive growth and merchant success.
  • Drive growth. Work with sales and growth teams to expand our offering with new merchants across the Drive platform 
  • Execute. You’ll partner with our BD and account functions to ensure partner success and drive both store and volume growth

  • Experience in strategy and operations or consulting; high-growth startup or client-facing operations role
  • You have proficiency in analytics and visualization tools, and experience creating data/reporting (e.g., Chartio, Mode, or Tableau), SQL, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/Sheets.
  • Bachelor's degree
