About the Team
DoorDash Drive is our hyper-growth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan. Storefront is our 1st party e-commerce business aiming to build superior online ordering with a scaled logistics fleet for merchants, and DoorDash is quickly becoming a leader in this area.
Drive is a white label order fulfillment service where our Merchants receive orders from their own customers. Using their native channels, the Merchant is responsible for ingesting the order, tendering customers’ payment, and requesting the dasher from DoorDash. See here for more information.
About the Role
The Director of In-Store Services will be responsible for building and scaling the #1 contactless ordering platform globally that helps Merchants power their on-premise 1st Party e-commerce business. By connecting both on-premise and off-premise services we will empower Merchants to understand their customers and grow their businesses faster than ever.
You are a first-principles thinker who is both a strategist and a builder. Reporting to the Senior Director of Storefront, you’ll define the vision, own and launch this massive opportunity, and work with product, sales, operations, business development, finance and other teams to make your vision a reality.

- Steer the development, adoption, scaling of In-Store Services via the Storefront platform
- Define the long term vision and product needed to offer best in class experience for merchants and consumers
- Work with business development, sales and account management to contribute to pitch decks and sales content to help create new business opportunities
- Develop long-term business plans alongside our collaborators and customers to grow our businesses together
- Implement product testing and roll-outs on the ground
