About the Team
Our Merchant Services team lies at the heart and soul of DoorDash, ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience. As DoorDash grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our merchant services engine must grow with it. Within Services is our International team which works with our counterparts globally as we share best practices and important insights with one another to launch new international markets.
About the Role
As Supervisor of Merchant Services, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Merchant Services, you will be part of leading our Japan launches, and supporting the ongoing requirements of Japan growth. You will work with our Senior Manager of International, and other in-country Senior Managers to ensure all International projects have project plans with Service level agreements and metrics, and we provide detailed reporting and insights to our partners. You will play a big part in ensuring we can support our partners as we explore new markets.

- Develop impactful projects, improving on existing processes and workflows.
- Lead teams who are based in both Japan and the US, who are focused on providing Merchant success across the Japan market.
- Coordinate daily workflow within the team and adjust resources to meet service level agreements with the business.
- Work closely with our Sales teams to ensure an excellent Merchant onboarding experience.
- You will also provide guidance to our vendor operations to ensure high-quality operations.

- You speak native level Japanese and business level English
