As a Technical Sourcing Manager, you will be an owner in helping to create and refine our approach to attract competitive talent for critical roles within the Product, Design, and Analytics organization at DoorDash. You will lead, support, and mentor an extraordinary team of Technical Sourcers to navigate complex hiring landscapes and make decisions that have an immediate impact on DoorDash communities across the globe. As a Manager you will be a strategic partner to hiring teams within the Product, Design and Analytics organization often acting as a consultative advisor and coach. Your team will leverage their skills and talent to curate diverse, top of funnel pipelines that will help shape the future of DoorDash. This position will report directly to the Manager, Technical Sourcing and DEI Strategy.

  • Have 2+ years of experience formally managing team(s), with 7+ years of recruiting and/or strategic sourcing experience within technical environments or a high-growth technology company
  • Understand how to use ATS systems and sourcing tools to identify, manage, and track candidates
  • Can lead and inspire others through empathetic coaching and communication strategies
  • Posses a deep knowledge of the sourcing discipline and a strong understanding of attracting talent in a competitive, technical environment
  • Are world-class at relationship building with your team, cross-functional partners, business stakeholders, and candidates
  • Harness the power of data and analytics to develop insights and influence decisions
