About the Team
The Partnership Marketing team for 'Drive,' our white-label delivery platform serving restaurants, grocers and retailers, works with our most-valued clients to create integrated marketing campaigns and build new programs that acquire customers and sustainably grow our client's delivery business. We offer these brands a network of drivers and other services to support their delivery business run on their websites and other channels. (Think: burritos ordered from the Chipotle app with deliveries fulfilled by DoorDash Drive).
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced marketing manager to lead the development of engaging and creative marketing programs that fuel growth for our Drive partners. You will partner with our most-valued clients to create integrated marketing campaigns and programs that acquire customers and sustainably grow our client's delivery channels. This is an ideal role for a candidate who is looking to build a career in marketing consultation, and loves to blend analytics with creative strategy to build programs and playbooks. The Partnership Marketing team for Drive is lean and you'll have immediate opportunity to take ownership.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Partnership Marketing, Drive on our Partnership Marketing team in our Marketing organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Build and nurture marketing relationships with Drive partners, develop annual marketing strategies and plans with important partners, and establish support from all partners
- Implement integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
- Manage daily operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, creative concept approval, and status meetings
- Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
- Use a data-first approach to improve campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, achieve results, and identify new opportunities for growth
We're excited about you because you have…
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 6+ years as a marketer spanning both brand and direct response
- Experience analyzing and manipulating data in Excel (can perform complex functions) and using metrics to increase results
- Managed 10+ campaigns at the same time while working with clients and a team of partners
- Experience with partnership marketing that achieves results for both parties
