About the Team
At DoorDash, we're redefining the future of on-demand delivery. The DoorDash For Work (DDFW) team is a collection of Engineers, Product Managers, and operators defining and executing on our vision of food benefits in the world of hybrid offices . To make this vision true, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to launch and scale products in this new and emerging vertical.
About the Role
This EngineeringManager will work closely with Product and Strategy teams to define the vision and the execution plan for the "V1" version of the DDFW product. This team comprises Front-end, Back-end, iOS and Android Engineers. DDFW includes tools for admins and managers to create and allocate food benefits and software to help employees easily leverage the benefits at the office or at home without the hassle of receipts and approvals.

- 2+ years of experience in people management, ideally leading a team size of 8+ and managing senior engineers
- Experience working on a user-facing product
- 4+ years of experience as an engineer in a product focused development environment
- Problem solver who excels is a less-defined space and guide the team to adjust and evolve
