About the Team

The DoorDash Drive Merchant Team is a group of passionate product managers dedicated to providing merchants the easiest way to deliver anything locally.  Our core team ensures our customers have robust, streamlined, and simple products that support them through their entire business lifecycle - from onboarding to operations and support.  We support some of the largest businesses in the world, and we do so with a fun, startup culture focused on growth, customer focus, and empowerment.

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Drive Merchant Experience team.  The merchant experience team’s mission is to make sure every merchant can easily manage and grow their business with DoorDash Drive.  Products this team own span screens and cross the whole customer lifecycle - from onboarding, to engagement, management, and growth.  We believe that a streamlined, powerful UX can be transformative to merchants unlocking their existing opportunities in addition to growing to accommodate new ones. 

 

About the Role

In this role you will own our end user experiences for all DoorDash Drive merchants, empowering them to run their businesses efficiently and effectively.  That includes our management portal and other surfaces for how merchants interact with our system, including reporting, order creation and management, and account management.  This is a highly cross-functional and visible role working with design, ops, engineering, and data science - it requires someone who is both a systems thinker and also great at customer empathy and UX.
