DoorDash is looking for an Associate Manager to build and execute strategic initiatives to grow new merchant models across the Enterprise business. You’ll work cross-functionally between our sales, partner management, operations, product, and analytics teams to build and execute on growth and promotion strategies to help grow sales for our largest restaurant clients.

Our Enterprise Partnerships team is responsible for the acquisition, strategic vision, account management and development of our largest revenue driving partnerships. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate. In this role, you will work across the sales, account management, and enablement arms of the team to design and drive performance improvements and build the foundation for these teams to continue to scale. This will include building and executing go-to-market playbooks and consumer acquisition and retention strategies and influencing the product roadmap based on the needs of our top partners. 

DoorDash is in need of an experienced data-driven operator and leader to accelerate our growth. This will include partnering cross functionally with marketing, sales, operations, finance, legal, product and our senior leadership team to identify growth opportunities, analyze the trade-offs and execute the solution across the Enterprise organization. The position will require relentless prioritization and data-driven decision-making to inform our growth strategy for new merchant models and promo strategies to accelerate consumer acquisition, engagement and retention. In this role you’ll have the rare opportunity to help solve one of the company’s hardest and most critical challenges: consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention - specifically for our Enterprise partners. 

What You’ll Do

  • Be responsible for developing the strategy and execution for new growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with our Growth Marketing and Strategy & Operations teams to test and manage multiple consumer promotions across hundreds of brands in the US.
  • Test new cross functional initiatives with product, CRM, and Analytics teams by building, testing and scaling innovative solutions to maximize business impact
  • Drive strategic decision making in a fast paced constantly changing environment
  • Analyze the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and their impact to growth, revenue and business objectives as well as large, complex data sets to develop strategic, analysis-driven consumer pricing and promotions plans
  • Optimize forecasting and reporting tools, processes and methodologies to continuously improve, automate and scale
  • Manage cross-functional projects with our sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations and finance teams to solve challenging business problems at scale

  • 4+ years of work experience in in finance/management consulting, business operations, growth marketing / marketing analytics, business analyst
  • Proven track record of leading revenue-driving initiatives and teams, working cross-functionally, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Ability to project manage across multiple work-streams and influence cross-functional partners at all levels within an organization
  • Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn).  Able to manipulate large data sets, uncover hidden insights in our data, and meaningfully improve our understanding of our business through this process  
  • Excellent analytical abilities and comfort with P&L mechanics/ROI analyses
  • Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills
