About the Team

On the Merchant Strategy & Ops team, our mission is to have best-in class restaurant selection, build services for our merchants to grow their business, and help our partners operate. Our Canada team is situated across the country and works with our global counterparts to share best practices and important insights.

You will manage our go-to-market strategy for ads and promotions products in the Canadian market. This will require close collaboration with our central Advertising & Promotion team that operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetising relevant content that benefits our core audiences.

About the Role

As Associate Manager of Ads & Promotions, you will bring marketing and advertising products to the Canadian market to help our merchants grow businesses. This will include partnering with our US Ads & Promotions team to determine Canada go-to-market strategy, supporting our teams in the go-to-market strategy, and building playbooks to help our organisation improve as we build more products for our merchants. You will report to the Strategy & Operations, Merchant Revenue team.

  • You have 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, marketing, e-commerce, product marketing or operations (advertising experience is a bonus)
  • Experience leading projects, working cross-functionally, and delivering on results
  • Experience in an environment that is product or consumer-focused
  • Experience with Excel required; SQL an asset
