About the Role
As CRM Senior Associate you will help create communications and programs to increase retention and engagement of our customers across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. In this role specifically, you will focus on our most active customers and identify ways to surface personalized merchant selection, trigger customized comms based on user behaviour, and strategize around large brand launches. You will report to the CRM Marketing Manager.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Manage the setup and monitoring of ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs, including optimization of existing programs and development of new ones
- Test and schedule emails including proofreading of all messaging
- Manage email reporting dashboards, monitor trends, and make recommendations based on results
- Create a framework for rapid testing in CRM channels
- Establish a working relationship with stakeholders in our Product, Operations, Analytics and Strategy teams
We're excited about you because…
- You have 3+ years experience in CRM or email marketing
- Deep familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs/ marketing automation platforms
- Basic knowledge of Analytics tools, HTML and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Periscope)
- Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
