DoorDash for Work is looking for a global business leader and seasoned operator to lead the growth of our largest corporate accounts

About the Role

U.S. businesses spend over $100 billion annually on employee meals and DoorDash is a compelling solution given our best-in-class operations, restaurant selection and geographic reach. As the General Manager of our Corporate Accounts business, you'll have the opportunity to build and grow our corporate account platform across the U.S., leading a large cross-functional team in our effort to build DoorDash’s next billion dollar business.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Own: be directly responsible for setting the vision of DoorDash for Work. Set a course, and lead the team to achieve P&L outcomes, OKRs and KPIs.
  • Lead: You’ll recruit and lead a large cross-functional team across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to build this line of business for DoorDash.
  • Build. You’ll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash’s next big business.  You’ll use your grit and scrappiness to execute quickly, get 1% better every day, and roll out playbooks to scale our corporate accounts business. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
  • Strategize. You’ll develop optimal strategies for best serving our corporate customers and make determinations as to where we should invest /allocate our resources.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, Masters Degree or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development or operations experience
  • 5+ years of leadership and management experience
  • High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and execution background - ability to identify and implement growth opportunities
  • An exceptional track record of building partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
