About the Role

DashPass is one of the three key pillars of our Consumer Strategy at DoorDash and a significant portion of the overall DoorDash business. Our mission is to build the world’s best membership program. DashPass is the largest and fastest-growing membership program of its type, and we’re looking for a talented product manager to to innovate and take it to the next level. 

You’ll own a critical pillar of the DashPass product and set the strategy and roadmap for building the best membership program in the world. You’ll delight customers by innovating and building meaningful benefits while balancing costs, and will own critical goals around subscriber retention and order frequency.

  • Collaborate with a stellar team of cross-functional partners, including design, analytics, engineer, UX research, strategy & ops, and more.

  • Natural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity and complexity, in a detailed, organized way
  • "Spidey-sense" product instincts and an ability to balance user and business impact
  • Started your own company or have experience building an operationally-intensive product
  • Clear, concise, and thorough written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience analyzing and using data to inform decisions
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and marketplaces
  • 5+ years of product management experience at a high-growth consumer-facing company
  • This role reports to the Group Product Manager / Head of DashPass Product
