The DoorDash Recruiting Team is focused on helping to build DoorDash culture, one quality hire at a time. We partner with hiring teams to design and execute recruiting strategies that enable DoorDash to hire exceptional talent in the most efficient and unbiased ways.

Our focus areas are:

RECRUITING STRATEGY--We partner with hiring teams to design recruiting strategies & processes to consistently attract and hire amazing people at scale.

BUILDING RECRUITING CAPABILITIES--We develop and build capabilities in the people of DoorDash to be an extension of the Recruiting team, increasing their skills and confidence in assessing quality talent with an eye on creating diverse & inclusive teams

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE--We manage the finesse of the interview scheduling and logistics to create a memorably personalized and unparalleled candidate experience.

QUALITY OF HIRE--We are a true partner in hiring; it's our job to help managers ensure we take a structured approach to hiring to ensure we are hiring only the best for DoorDash!

The majority of the Recruiting team is based in San Francisco, CA (our headquarters) and we have a growing Recruiting team in Phoenix, AZ as well as Recruiters in Chicago, New York and Nebraska.

About the Role

Our Analytics Recruiter will play an essential part in supporting our growing Analytics team by partnering directly with our VP of Analytics and IC analysts. This is a unique and impactful opportunity to be the sole owner of our analytics hiring strategy. This role will report to our Director of Technical Recruiting.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to hire top analysts and data scientists across multiple teams, ranging from individual contributors to managers and directors
  • Engage active and passive talent through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc.
  • Oversee the full candidate process and relationship from outreach to offer
  • Use data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing and closing strategies
  • Help create and maintain a world-class candidate experience
