Door’s Director of Client Management leads a highly driven and enthusiastic team  who respond to high volumes of inbound lead flow. The Client Management team is the first point of contact with prospective Door customers and is critical to the client experience and our lead conversion goals. 

The right candidate will add rigor and repeatability to the team, as well as be a mentor to enable team growth through the organization. The ideal candidate for this role has proven experience in building and inspiring a team to achieve daily, weekly and quarterly goals in addition to delivering an overall business and client & engagement strategy.


  • Select, hire, train, manage and develop a team of up to 10 
  • Work closely with Field and Marketing teams to ensure success in delivery and metrics
  • Achieve activity, conversion and client satisfaction goals
  • Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, mentoring, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Reporting on Team/Individual activity (calls, texts, task management) and opportunity conversions 
  • Work closely with Marketing on defining press and campaign follow-up and reporting
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with members of your team that improve results

Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
  • 5+ years in client facing engagement such as lead follow-up, client support, account management or direct sales
  • 2+ years management experience including proven team management skills to ensure a motivating, great place to work environment
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
