Our marketing team is growing in 2018 to add a Brand Manager.  The ideal candidate is skilled in developing and executing campaigns across both online and offline channels, and are driven to achieve results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning & executing consumer facing creative campaigns in digital, social, email and direct mail channels, including light creative execution
  • Campaign optimization through variant testing
  • Content development for multiple uses – SEO, top funnel, conversion, sales materials
  • Utilize marketing automation tools for engagement, nurture & conversion
  • Campaign and lead funnel analytics

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

  • Self-direction with critical thinking and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in productivity software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in marketing technology (marketing automation, CRM, Google Analytics/Mixpanel, ad platforms, social platforms)
  • Experience with Adobe CC (specifically, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop)
  • Expertise in managing projects (timelines, budgets, performance)
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in start-up environment
  • Comfortable presenting data, analysis and recommendations to leadership & key influencers
  • Excellent writing skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Journalism
  • 3-5 years of marketing and/or agency experience in a B2C role
  • Agency experience
