The Role

Donorbox is seeking a Google Ads expert to help us increase our user acquisition and activation through search and display ads. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics. Primary responsibilities will include managing our Google Ad accounts, creating new campaigns, and analyzing the results and Google Analytics data to identify patterns that can help us maximize the return on our investment. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns
  2. Create and optimize paid search landing pages
  3. Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
  4. Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
  5. Analyzing customer data to identify potential target audience
  6. Researching new advertising opportunities
  7. Monitoring competitor activity in order to identify any new strategies
  8. Collaborate with a team of marketers and developers to drive results
  9. Reporting of campaign results

Good to have:

  • Working in a remote environment.
  • B2B growth marketing experience.
  • SaaS product marketing experience.
  • Worked with nonprofits in any capacity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in running campaigns in Google Ads
  • Extensive knowledge of the SaaS market
  • Experience targeting audiences for the North American Market
  • Excellent English Language Proficiency
  • An understanding of search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
