The Role

Donorbox is looking for a Lead Development Representative to join its Growth Marketing Team. We seek someone to help nurture leads generated through various marketing channels using social media messaging, live chats, calls, and emails. The person should be able to build relationships with prospective leads, understand their needs and pain points and provide information about how Donorbox can help them. Should have experience working in sales or customer success teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role (sales/customer success/account management) 
  • Utilized LinkedIn to communicate with leads or clients
  • Experience interacting with cold leads through email, calls, and live chats
  • Exceptional English written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Independent worker capable of lead hunting and managing multiple lead sources

Good to Have

  • Worked in a remote environment.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Worked with nonprofits in any capacity.
