Doma's mission to make the home closing process as frictionless as possible for homebuyers, real estate agents, and lenders. The Email Quality Assurance Audit Associate – Retail Refi will be excited to join the ‘title company of the future,’ processing instantly-underwritten files and leveraging technology to streamline the closing process. The Associate will be working 100% remote. 

About the Role

As the Email Quality Assurance Audit Associate, you will be the Professional Email Communication expert for the Retail Refinance Organization, focused on reviewing outgoing email correspondence from the Retail Operations teams and reporting the findings. This role will utilize your exemplary written communication skills, your understanding of the rules of the English language and grammar, and your love of reading. The primary focus of this role will be reading and scoring email, but in addition to performing the audit you will collaborate with the Retail Refi leadership teams, as well as the Data Engineering team to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • 1+ years of escrow and/or closing experience
  • 1+ years of title and/or escrow experience
  • 1+ years of recording
  • Experience in title production, mortgage process or related field
  • Read outgoing email and score using a rubric and data capture program
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in scoring
  • Meet with Retail Refi teams and/or leadership as needed to discuss audit findings and stay aligned on criteria
  • Review and maintain data reporting tools and platforms (Looker, SurveyMonkey, ResWare, etc.) and work with appropriate departments for troubleshooting/fixes when necessary
  • Defend the data where necessary

  • 1+ years of escrow and/or closing experience
  • 1+ years of title and/or escrow experience
  • 1+ years of recording
  • Experience in title production, mortgage process or related field
  • Exemplary written communication skills including grammar, style and tone.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Professional communication
  • Comfortable reading and generating data reporting
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for quality and consistency
  • Highly proficient computer skills and open to learning new software/ programs often.
  • Proficiency in ResWare
  • Bonus: Previous remote work experience
