Operations Enablement Specialist
The Enablement team manages expansions and change across Operations, with the goal of supporting strong performance and operational efficiency among all employees. This includes new processes, technology, products, divisions, and infrastructure.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Support Enablement projects that add value or solutions to the current Operations processes.
Document new trainings, workflows, and procedures for production associates based on findings.
Prioritize problem areas and present solutions to Enablement Management.
Analyze processed files to measure impact of expansion projects and suggest changes that result from the discovery.
Support new client and new state expansions including process documentation and training.
Help with communication and roll-out strategies for new technology and new products.
Provide expertise to develop or assist in process and product development areas for Bizops, Service Strategy, State Expansion, and business development.
What skills and experience do you need?
1+ years title/curative and/or escrow experience
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to execute projects and procedures effectively
Knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, and legal documents is preferred.
Passion for process improvement, ability to structure processes and identify key issues/ themes.
Comfort with constant change and process improvement
Good communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven work environment
