Location
Our ISV Marketplace Project Manager, EMEA will be an integral part of our Sales team in EMEA. This role is based remotely in either the UK or Spain.

The Opportunity
Our ISV Marketplace team is expanding! This role will primarily be responsible for both the project management of customer’s Marketplace integrations and sales operations for Marketplace private offers. You will also be an advocate for Marketplace engagement and provide advisory consulting for commercial and technical leaders across EMEA. As a key member of DoiT’s ISV Go Global program, you will play a pivotal part in the growth and success of DoiT’s ISV and Marketplace leadership and world-class execution.
 
Responsibilities
  • Project manage AWS and GCP Marketplace onboarding integrations with DoiT’s ISV customers from start to finish. 
  • Become DoiT’s expert in cloud marketplace onboarding and operations to consult and advise in pre-sales engagements.
  • Manage Marketplace CPPO operations and deal-desk responsibilities, shared with other SMEs, to coordinate transactions with field sellers and ISV Partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine and operationalize ISV Marketplace programs to increase DoiT’s success and profitability with ISVs.
  • Be the internal EMEA ISV point of contact and have deep knowledge and understanding of the ISV partner ecosystem, CSP’s partner GTM and Marketplace capabilities to advise regional sales team. 
  • Stay current with the latest funding and incentive partner programs and Marketplace ecosystem changes to ensure DoiT’s messaging, training and partner alignment remains highly relevant.
  • Regularly interact with ISVs to organize account mapping sessions and find new sales opportunities for both DoiT and ISVs.
  • Enable ISVs about DoiT’s value proposition and benefits to partner with us
  • Facilitate feedback, provide ongoing improvement and development of the ISV programs.
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing, consultative sales, project or program manager roles in the cloud technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of the digital-native ISV segment and public cloud marketplace ecosystems.
  • Ability to plan and execute co-developed initiatives that require agility on cross-functional tasks such as sales support, program strategy, process refinement, partner marketing and data analysis.
  • Positive outlook, coachable, and passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ability to own and execute multiple ongoing projects on a daily basis and take initiative to develop new strategies.
  • Propensity to partner quickly and establish rapport to deliver results in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with agility to pivot from big picture strategy to the minutiae of a Marketplace onboarding break-fix request.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Points
  • Previous SaaS, ISV, or AWS / GCP Marketplace experience.
  • Fluent in multiple European languages 
  • Cloud practitioner or associate level AWS or GCP certifications.
