This entry-level position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative setting, where your contributions will directly impact the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing and contract management.
- Perform routine audits on a variety of sales agreements and support the Sales teams with understanding bookings rules and contracting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, product and customer success to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes, proposing and implementing solutions for improvement.
- Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Assist in updating tools such as AWS’s APN portal to provide for lead updating, account provisioning and consolidation support.
- Maintain and update vendor and partner systems, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Workspace and other productivity applications and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and analytics.
- High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS’s APN and associated systems
- Experience in reviewing and auditing customer and vendor contracts
