What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) to join our Financial Solutions domain.

As a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m), your mission will be to define, prioritize, and manage the launch of our innovative private billing platform that transforms how healthcare providers manage their finances.

  • Own and execute the product strategy for our private billing platform, serving healthcare providers across multiple countries
  • Lead the German market expansion, scaling from MVP to full market solution while incorporating user feedback and market insights
  • Drive the product strategy for non-medics specialties financial solutions
  • Partner with the online payment team to create seamless end-to-end experiences for healthcare providers and patients
  • Define and execute the roadmap for transforming manual billing processes into digital experiences
  • Work cross-functionally with development teams, user researchers, designers, and data analysts in an agile environment
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives through stakeholder management and best-practice implementation

Who you are

  • Have at least 7 years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating strong product management fundamentals: working with developers, leading rituals, and writing specifications
  • Proven track record of launching new products from 0 to 1, including experience with both live and pre-live products
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to think global/act local, particularly in international product scaling
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong English communication skills required (team working language), French is a plus
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset and always put the user at the center of your work
