The FP&A team play a central role in providing Doctolib leaders with the necessary tools to address financial obstacles effectively and seize potential advantages. As a FP&A lead you will participate in strengthening the role of the FP&A team in terms of ownership of the financial performance and financial communication. You will also contribute to build the end-to-end view from business / operational indicators to financial ones, aligning the story with all main stakeholders. You will mostly work with other Finance teams on a day to day basis (e.g. Accounting, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance…) and support the top management of the overall Company to facilitate decision-making and scalability.

What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to budget and reforecast exercises as well as 5-year plan preparation.
  • Create Group reports for senior leadership and board members.
  • Work with Finance to develop financial marketing documents and models.
  • Consolidate information from FP&A peers to create a P&L view.
  • Develop initial views on new initiatives and countries.
  • Prepare simulations and models based on various scenarios.
  • Oversee the closing process and facilitate corporate guideline implementation.
  • Act as the reporting tool's key user and drive process improvements.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis.

  • Have 3-5 years experience operating in finance or consulting positions 
  • Have a robust financial and data analysis skills, with good culture of financial modelling 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and establish strong relationships
  • Pro-active and have an ability to operate in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders to deliver results to meet deadlines
  • Are a team player, demonstrate agility, hard worker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to transform the healthcare sector


Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Experience in a subscription business with a detailed understanding of SaaS metrics 
  • Have good knowledge in finance principles accounting (e.g. IFRS Standards)
  • Have excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint (GSuite is a plus)
