Doctolib is looking for a Product Marketing Lead in the French Product Marketing team to drive growth and satisfaction on the Physiotherapist market. As a Product Marketing Lead, you will define and deliver the strategies to maximize growth, retention, satisfaction, usage and follow their implementation. You are also the voice of the +83,000 Physiotherapists & 50 million patients users in France. You will work with various teams at Doctolib on a day-to-day basis: Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Data… etc. including Top Management.

 

What you’ll do 

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Build an in-depth understanding of 1) your market including size, competition, trends and 2) your customers including persona (decision maker, end-user), needs, pain points and behaviours 
  • Bring strong convictions on what product innovations are needed to create value for users and support Product Manager in product discovery, prioritization and delivery
  • Define the most relevant product positioning for your cluster: craft powerful value propositions, define pricing and define key USPs
  • Monitor satisfaction metrics and product usage, define strategies accordingly to improve adoption & engagement, and execute them.
  • Monitor business and performance metrics (# clients,% penetration, net & gross MRR, growth profitability, etc.) and define and execute strategies to improve acquisition/upsell & reduce churn

Example of key challenges on your clusters

  • Define and launch new features release plans to boost growth and satisfaction
  • Define new pricing / packaging based on current performance and upcoming product releases. 
  • Define major events strategy (positioning, objectives, storytelling): Reeduca (offline global Physio event), RDV du Doctolab (owned event), New installed webinar (owned).
  • Define growth plans for key moments of the year (back to school, Reeduca…) to boost Acquisition
  • Review Upsell strategy and launch tests to increase ARPU

 

Who are you?

  • You have 8+ years of experience.
  • You are experienced in new product launches, product marketing management or go-to-market strategy, or you come with a consulting strategy background and have the willingness and ability to be hands on (on these topics).
  • You have experience engaging multiple stakeholders and can bring together multiple functions to get things done in a fast-moving environment.
  • You are highly results/action-oriented, well structured, analytical and fact-based.
  • You have strong storytelling & copywriting skills. 
  • You are passionate about both our products and our users.
  • You recognize yourself in the core Doctolib competencies: Grit, Result oriented, Team player .
  • You speak French and English fluently.
