Doctolib is looking for a Product Marketing Director, for a CDD of 8 months, from April to November 2025 (ideally), as replacement for maternity leave. As a Product Marketing Director, you will be in charge of 4 business segments: Generalist doctor market, Specialist doctor market, Dentist market, and Partnership businesses. With your team, you will define and implement action plans to maximize growth, retention, satisfaction and usage. Your 2 north stars KPIs will be NPS and ARR. You will be the voice of our +100,000 healthcare professionals. You will work with various teams at Doctolib on a day-to-day basis: Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Data…
You will be part of Doctolib French leadership team, work directly with Exco members, reporting to the VP Growth, and leading a team of 9 experienced and amazing people. You will have a strong leadership role internally to implement a culture of User & Product centricity, while delivering strong business impact.

 

What you’ll do


The role of Product Marketing at Doctolib includes the following missions:

Market & Customer Insights

  • Be the voice of the customers by conducting research on doctors' needs, pain points, and behaviors
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor movements to provide strategic recommendations for maintaining market advantage, or suggest partnership and M&A


Product prioritization & discovery

  • Partner with Product Management (PM) to identify and capitalize on market gaps and opportunities:
    • Bring strong convictions on what products are needed to create value and usage
    • Support PM in the related work during 1/ product building (discovery & delivery) and 2/ product prioritization


Product Positioning & Narrative

  • Develop & own the positioning strategy on the French market, that differentiates our solutions vs all alternatives
  • Define our product offer, pricing & packaging
  • Create & maintain powerful value prop & messaging frameworks that resonate with target personas


Usage & Satisfaction

  • Monitor and analyze product usage and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for increased adoption & engagement by doctors
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve doctors’ satisfaction and reduce churn
  • Partner with PM to translate usage insights into product improvements and feature adoption campaigns


Growth plan

  • Design comprehensive go-to-market strategies with 360° launch plans, to reach our yearly growth plan (FR budget, in Gross ARR and Net ARR)
  • Monitor key business KPI (# clients & penetration ; net & gross MRR incl. leads, meetings and CVR ; growth profitability) to ensure growth of the doctors market segment and design right Sales Ops & Marketing actions
  • Ensure successful execution of launches and campaigns through 360 coordination with 
    • Product
    • Marketing Growth
    • Brand & Content, Public Affairs, Legal, Sales Ops and Customer Support teams
  • Partner with Brand & Content Marketing to develop impactful campaigns and content that support product launches and adoption and increase doctors satisfaction
  • Partner with Global Product Knowledge to support product training on the French market

 

Who are you?

  • You have 10+ years of experience.
  • You have +5 years of experience in leading Strategic or Product Marketing teams in SaaS business, launching new products or delivering go-to-market strategy.
  • You have experience engaging multiple stakeholders and can bring together multiple functions to get things done in a fast-moving environment.
  • You are highly results/action-oriented, well structured, analytical and fact-based.
  • You have strong storytelling & copywriting skills. 
  • You are passionate about both our products and our users.
  • You recognize yourself in the core Doctolib competencies: Grit, Result oriented, Team player .
  • You speak French and English fluently.
