Doctolib is looking for a Product Marketing Lead on the Specialists doctor market for its Product Marketing team in France. You will work directly with Exco members, as the CEO of our solutions on the Specialists market segment. You will have a leadership role internally to embark all stakeholders in being more product driven.

What you’ll do

As a Product Marketing Lead on the Specialists doctor market, you define the strategies to maximize growth, retention, satisfaction, usage and follow their implementation. You are also the voice of our +60,000 Specialist doctors & 50 million patients users in France. You will work with various teams at Doctolib on a day-to-day basis: Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Data… 

The role includes the following missions: 

Market & Customer Insights

  • Be the voice of the customers by conducting research on Specialist doctors and patients' needs, pain points, and behaviors
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor movements to provide strategic recommendations for maintaining market advantage, or suggest partnership and M&A

Product prioritization & discovery

  • Partner with Product Management (PM) to identify and capitalize on market gaps and opportunities (bringing strong convictions on products needs)

Product Positioning & Narrative

  • Develop and own the positioning strategy on the French market, differentiating our solutions from all alternatives, and define our product offer, pricing, and packaging.
  • Create and maintain powerful value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with target personas.

Usage & Satisfaction

  • Monitor product usage and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement by Specialist doctors (while reducing churn)
  • Partner with PM to translate usage insights into product improvements and feature adoption campaigns

Growth plan

  • Design comprehensive go-to-market strategies with 360° launch plans, to reach yearly growth targets on Specialists (monitoring KPIs & designing Sales Ops & Marketing actions)
  • Ensure successful execution of launches and campaigns coordinating with Product, Marketing Growth, Brand & Content, Legal, Sales Ops, etc.
  • Partner with Brand & Content Marketing to develop impactful campaigns and content that support product launches and adoption and increase Specialists satisfaction

Some of the key projects you will be working on:

  • Design our Go-To-Market strategy to increase our overall Product Market Fit for Specialists Doctors (Clinical solutions, Patient Acquisition, Digital secretariat and management tools,...)
  • Support the successful launch of our AI-based consultation assistant for Specialists (released in January 2025) and upcoming solutions like our AI-based phone assistant
  • Lead key projects such as our partnership with Clinics Partners (Ramsay, Elsan, etc.) or the definition of our long-term plan for Midwives market
  • Co-construct & monitor achievement of Business Plan targets for each growth KPI to feed the annual Doctolib Strategic Plan

  • You speak French and English fluently.
