Doctolib is looking for an intern (x/f/m) for the Talent Growth & Learning Department based in Berlin. 

Join our international team and actively contribute to our projects aimed at offering Doctolibers an unique performance & development experience, having the right tools to regularly assess and work on their competencies, giving them the levers to be in the driver seat of their career path and reach their development goals. Empower each Doctoliber to learn and grow so that they unleash their potential and thrive within Doctolib.

What you’ll do

As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:

  • Project Management (70% of your time):
    • support our different projects & change management initiatives across various topics such as performance & development management, career evolution, manager & women development
    • change management initiatives such as the adoption of our new competency framework and supporting the development and roll-out of our promotion guidelines to achieve more fairness and transparency
    • communication initiatives: designing and managing our intranet pages
    • facilitation of Talent Development community 
  • Talent Development Process (15% of your time): support the team to structure and set-up the roll-out of talent initiatives within the different departments (people review, calibration, promotions...)
  • Team performance & KPI analysis (15% of your time):
    • quarterly / monthly monitoring & analysis of the Talent Development dashboard
    • monitor our performance indicators & carry out analysis 
    • preparation of communications and events on our subjects, for Doctolibers

Working with us, you will:

  • gain an understanding of the various talent processes, such as people reviews, calibration, and promotions
  • gain insights on how to manage projects with cross-functional teams on a variety of subjects
  • learn how to support teams in implementing changes related to performance management, internal mobility, career evolution and career paths, and other HR-related topics

You could be our next team mate if:

  • you have a study background in Human Resources or (Business) Psychology and are available for a six months internship 
  • you have a strong interest in people development and HR innovation, are curious and want to be part of this exciting adventure
  • you have an analytical way of thinking, are rigorous and pay attention to detail
  • you consider yourself having a positive mindset and being a team player
  • you speak English fluently (C1) and are a good communicator (written and oral) as well as a good listener
  • you can also speak German (level C1) 

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • have experience in project management (consulting experience is welcome) and / or in Human Resources

  • Salary: 1.900€ - 2.250€/ month
  • Hybrid or Office-based
