We collaborate closely with our Tech & Product teams to develop groundbreaking, pragmatic, and sustainable legal solutions across all our operations. We are pioneering the integration of artificial intelligence into our product suite, offering you the chance to work on cutting-edge e-health projects and be part of Doctolib's transformative journey.

As a Senior Product Compliance Legal Counsel, you will be an essential member of our Legal team. You'll work alongside highly skilled lawyers and report directly to Senior Leadership, playing a key role in our continued success.

What You’ll do : 

Leverage your expertise in e-health and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment where you will:

  • Take great part to the medicalization of Doctolib by co-building our innovative medical solutions;
  • Champion our AI initiatives and ensure legal compliance in this rapidly evolving field;
  • Develop and enhance comprehensive compliance policies, guidelines, and knowledge management systems specific to innovation in healthcare;
  • Design and deliver engaging awareness and training programs to ensure seamless implementation of our frameworks.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory and legislative developments in digital & e-health laws across Europe, providing expert advice to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the broader Legal team on diverse projects across all our countries.

You could be our next team mate if:

  • You are an experienced lawyer with more than 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international company and/or law firm ;
  • Possess substantial experience in the healthcare or e-health sector.
  • Have a deep understanding of privacy law and a good understanding of digital law ;
  • Can effectively engage with high-profile stakeholders on complex legal matters.
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Are fluent in French and English. German or Italian is a plus.

Job Details

  • Permanent contract (CDI)
  • Full-time position
  • Workplace: Levallois HQ
  • Remuneration: fixed salary and variable based on objectives (to be defined according to profile)
  • This position is eligible for hybrid work mode - 2 days remote / 3 days in person
